If you completed your order as a guest, you may track delivery by either contacting our SOTA Skincare Concierge and providing the tracking information found on the confirmation email received, or please visit the USPS Tracking page and enter the tracking number provided.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We charge a flat shipping fee for all of our products for orders.  We generally ship all items within 1 to 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an payment.  We fill orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, FedEx, or UPS, which generally results in delivery within 3 to 5 days. SOTA CBD may require a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $100 or more. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email or by logging in to your account.

During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
