You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. You may also log in to your account, view your order history. If you completed your order as a guest, you can track the shipment by clicking the tracking number from the confirmation email you received or contact customer service if you have not gotten a tracking number.

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping courier and you have received a confirmation email but find that it is missing, please send an email to support@sotacbd.com with your order number or call us at (817) 674-7896‬.

Please note that we must receive this inquiry within 24 hours from the day your order is marked as delivered. If we receive your inquiry regarding the missing order after this timeframe, the carrier will investigate and order replacement will only be granted if the order is confirmed missing by the carrier.

We unfortunately do not support shipping to multiple addresses at this time. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place the orders separately.
