SHIPPING & RETURNS
We charge a flat shipping fee for all of our products for orders placed by non-members of sotacbd.com. If you are a member of sotacbd.com, you will receive a unique shipping code you can place in the promotion section of the checkout to receive your free shipping. If for some reason you have not received your free shipping as member, please notify us here and we will promptly send you a refund for any shipping that was mistakenly charged.
We generally ship all items within 1 to 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, FedEx, or UPS, which generally results in delivery within 3 to 5 days. SOTA CBD requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $100 or more.

Return & Exchange Policy
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
We pride ourselves in making the highest quality CBD products on the market and confidently stand behind them. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not experiencing the benefits you want or simply are not happy with your results, you can REQUEST to send your order back within 30 days of purchase and we will review your request for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. It is at our discretion to determine whether you are eligible for a refund. You will be required to return the bottle and then please fill out our refund request form here if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you : )

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**
1) Fill out our Return Form HERE ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also send us the tracking number to so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
