HOW TO USE
You can massage SOTA ice into your skin throughout the day or night. It can also be useful for any therapy, such as chiropractic care or physical therapy. When applied ahead of time, ice can help relieve the pain that would have interfered with you getting the most out of your treatment.
Use your fingertips and palm to rub SOTA ice into the area afflicted with muscle, joint, or arthritic pain. Take at least 2 or 3 minutes to work the gel into your skin. It needs to be absorbed into the surface of the skin to achieve full effect. Applying after a shower can have an increased effect.
Wash your hands immediately after applying SOTA ice, as any residue left on your hands can cause irritation to sensitive parts of your body such as eyes and genitals.
After applying SOTA ice leave the area uncovered. Do not bandage the skin to which you’ve applied gel, as applying a bandage will only soak up gel and prevent it from reaching deep tissue.
